Driss Tof

Driss Tof joined Harlay in September 2025. Called to the Paris bar in 2010, Driss Tof began his career at Arsene, where he worked for twelve years in the Corporate Tax and Property Tax teams. He subsequently joined a Sbkg & Associés in September 2021 as partner in charge of Tax.

Driss Tof advises clients including institutional investors, company leaders, management companies and investment funds, specializing in the tax issues faced by companies and their leaders across all sectors of activity, notably real estate.

He provides support in company sales and acquisitions, group restructuring, day to day operations, and tax disputes.
