Salim Bencheikh

Salim Bencheikh worked for leading Anglo-Saxon and French law firms (Clifford Chance, Villechenon) before joining the Firm as a partner in July 2023.

He focuses mainly on the following areas: Private Equity (LBO and assimilated transactions, management package structuring, build-ups), Venture Capital and Growth Capital (pre-seed, seed, Series A, B etc.) and M&A (acquisitions, sales, restructuring).

Salim has a cross-cutting approach and works with French and foreign investors (sponsors/investors) as well as project promoters (managers/founders). He is particularly active in the new technologies, life sciences and energy transition sectors.

Salim holds a Master 2 in Private Law from Université Paris V and a Master 1 in Business Law from Université Toulouse Capitole. He is fluent in English and has notions of Arabic, Swedish and German.
