Thibault Chareton

Thibault Chareton is a partner of the corporate departement.

Thibault practices in the area of corporate law focusing primarily on private mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. He has experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and on investments and divestments transactions for companies as well as investment funds. In addition, his expertise extends to the setting up of joint ventures and commercial or strategic partnerships.

Thibault regulary adivses companies or investors in the new technologies sector in particular Internet, e-sport or medical technologies.

Before joining the firm as a counsel in 2016, he began his career at the law firm Kahn & Associés and also worked in various international law firms.

Thibault holds a degree Private Law, a degree in Business Law and a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the University of Rennes I. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009.
